Traveller profiles: Why it’s vital to be complete

A group of CWT superheroes (also known as our programme management team) are on a mission to make sure traveller profiles are kept up-to-date...

 

When most business travellers hear the words ‘traveller profile’ they probably drift off, because, let’s face it, it’s not the most exciting topic... but here’s why it is so important to keep your profile up-to-date and complete:

 

• If there’s a major crisis while you’re travelling, the information we have helps us to locate you and get you home safely

   

• US carriers have confirmed reservations may be cancelled if certain data is not passed to them when the booking is first created, so make sure the relevant information is in your profile to prevent problems at the airport

   

• Let’s not forget...it saves you a heap of time! Setting your preferences means we’ll know to always book you a vegetarian meal or a window seat!

• Your information is safe with us. Our highly secure system encrypts your credit card details - making it safer than giving it out over the phone or via email for each booking

   

• Our data protection policy goes over and above the minimum Irish standards
